Our journey began when Jesra faced financial struggles during her studies, and Jasmira used her expertise in finance to guide her. Similarly, when Jasmira was applying for her PhD, Jesra’s HR experience helped her land the job. It was these experiences that led us to create RSMA, where we help our clients navigate their career and financial challenges.
